Heart Oceans is a Somatic deep dive into the field of the Heart ❤ 

For 90 mins we unwind our fascia body, awaken our vital energy and open our senses to attune to the field of the heart.

A teacher once said that the belly grounds us in the individual, the head opens us to higher worlds and the heart connects everything and everyone.

When we are disconnected from our own heart bridge we lack a sense of courage, of belonging, a knowing that we are an integral part of nature. 

When we are fully tuned in and flowing with our heart we have a healthy sense of self-worth, trust and unshakeable connection to both the physical and the mystical, the magic in the mundane. 

For years I tried so hard to escape my life, to not be present, to numb my heart. But eventually it was a choice. Be truly here, *with* it fully or check out completely. The paths lay out before me and in fact life made this choice super easy. Later on I recognised that it was actually my heart guiding me even then.
