Step out of daily life and into a half-day retreat created for you to restore, replenish, and realign. This intimate gathering offers a chance to pause, be nourished, and reconnect with yourself on every level — body, heart, mind, and spirit.

The chrysalis is a sacred threshold point — where the old dissolves and transformation unfolds. As autumn turns the wheel of the year, we are invited into this liminal space of release, renewal, and remembrance.

We gather in ceremony, held by the gentle medicine of cacao, where we will journey through dance, sound, creativity, inner exploration, and deep rest — honouring what is ready to fall away, and opening to the emerging truth of who we are becoming.

Marianna and Fiona come together to offer a space of reconnection, sacred rest, and replenishment — guiding you home through the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual layers of your being.

Meet your Facilitators: 

Marianna is a yoga teacher and space-holder with over a decade of experience in guiding women through practices that nurture body, mind, and spirit. Her path has been deeply shaped by her relationship with ceremonial cacao, a plant medicine that facilitates a deep inner listening and journeying back to the self. Through yoga,somatics, breathwork and sound healing, she creates supportive spaces for connection and transformation.

Fiona is a restorative somatics mentor and guide devoted to helping women reconnect with their bodies, intuition, and the wisdom of the earth and sky. Her work weaves bodywork, energy practices, and quantum clearing with movement, ritual, and ancestral traditions to create spaces of deep rest, embodied presence, and soul nourishment. She blends the practical and the mystical, inviting others to soften, receive, and remember their inner rhythms.

The Yoga Barn 🐎

Set in the heart of Pollok Park the yoga barn has the perfect setting for health and wellbeing events, close to the city but with all the benefits of a rural setting surrounded by the wonders of nature. The converted barn studio has been recently renovated and holds the perfect balance of countryside and modern energy. There are active stables so if you're lucky you'll get to see the ponies and horses that live on the land too!
